Proposed Riverplace development

PDC is claiming the biotech center is industry driven? That is pure fabrication to justify
the PDC, OHSU and developer driven agenda seeking high density, tall
buildings, minimal setbacks and huge public subsidies.

They can envision all they want, but building a Tram and a new 400,000 sq. ft.
administration building will do nothing to creat a biotech center or any biotech jobs.
These people haven't a shred of evidence to support their claims.
It fact it is likely the worst possible use of dollars which otherwise might have been used
to promote the entrepreneurial activity and commercialization which the Brookings
Institute says are vital to any growth in biotech interests.
