We had had a number of conversations and I had sent him many teachings of Islam but he never made any comment on that either way, and then put this question forward. Most of our friends are doing the same. Any way we have to comply.

But still I will answer upon this as Islam has the answer to every q. because it is the only divine guidance present in its pure form from the first day of mankind, a logical claim.

Actually, "Dr." Tariq the total proof of that statement resides in your mind.  Your opinion of the validity of Islam has no more proof behind it than the beliefs of Jews or Christians.   People like you can be found in all faiths.  Their key personal quality is arrogant self-importance -- which in all faiths, including Islam, is a violation of basic tenet.

For your information, the only Earthly "proof" of any faith is in the pudding. Yours straps bombs to children and sends them to commit suicide in the intentional, specific, ordained destruction of civilians.  We aren't talking about civilians killed during military assault on military targets.  We are talking about intentional murder of people sitting in a cafe and having a cup of coffee. 

      To answer this q. First we have to confirm two assumptions u have made in this.

      1- that it was certainly done by terrorists (terrorism is yet to be defined is another thing).

A man who catches fish for his dinner is a fisherman.  A man who makes shoes is a cobbler.  A man who hijacks a plane full of civilians and slams it into a building is a terrorist.  A "Dr." who doesn't understand simple, clear definitions is a moron.

      2- the perpetrators of this were Muslims. 

People with Arabic names, holding passports from Middle-Eastern countries like Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and who cry "Allah Akbar" as they slam hijacked airplanes into skyscrapers are, as a rule, not members of the Church of England.

      As far as I am concerned although I have strong inclinations as to the identity of those who did it, I still call 9/11 as a mystery, which will be solved sooner than all such mysteries have been solved by history. I say this, as the pace of history has become very fast now due to man's advancement and other reasons. Till that time I would advise all concerned to not to jump on to conclusions. Don’t u know that:

      # The list of passengers of these flights is not yet made public.

The name of every passenger is publicly known. 

      # The early investigations almost proved the involvement of Mossad in the event. but as this news leaked out a strong censor was imposed on such news.

      # Recently an Israeli spy network, stealing the secret documents from American dept. of defense and justice has been caught and 120 spies have been deported.  America did not disclose it but a French website 'intelligence on line' has brought it forward. This network is also charged with the suspicion of providing logistics to the perpetrators of 9/11. Now what an irony they have just been deported whereas Usama and Afghanistan on much less or at the most equal suspicion deserved every kind of destructive ammunition on earth.

I will set aside the credibility of a website generated by an un-named French group. France is collapsing under the weight of its so-called intellectuals these days.  But, you are a fool, "Dr." Tariq, to believe that events like this would escape the notice of the American press.  You are a greater fool to believe that when discovered they would go unreported. 

You do not know the difference between the New York Times and the Washington Times.   You do not know the difference between NBC news and the Drudge Report.  You have no concept of the First Amendment or how it supports the creation of outlets for the dissemination of information anybody tries to suppress.  You think the American media is like Islamic media -- monolithic.  What a shame that Islam, once a religion of enlightenment, has been given into the hands of men like you. 

      # Colin Powel admitted that the proofs whatever were available against Usama were not enough to be presentable in the court.  But probably for the first time in history the suspicions, which were not worthy of a trial in the court, were used to punish the suspect.

Colin Powell never said any such thing.  As to punishing the suspects in Afghanistan, the girls returning to school  following the defeat of the Islamic extremist tyrants was sufficient evidence that those suspects were guilty. 

And that too in a way that we don't know what happened with the suspect but thousands of innocent people are killed and a country which had already suffered by fighting a war for America against its archenemy Russia, is turned into rubble. A peaceful regimen is changed into that of northern alliance.

The peaceful regimen of the followers of "Dr." Tariq executed women in soccer stadiums.  The video of one of these was shown on network television.  The women was guilty of infidelity.  We saw the woman, who was on her knees, turn and beg for mercy.  She was denied mercy.  She turned her head away to speak with her god.  The pistol was pointed at the back of her head.  The bullet blew her brains into the stadium floor.  The followers of "Dr." Tariq who filled the stadium seats, cheered.  .

And HUAMAN RIGHTS WATCH of America has said just today that the present regimen has surpassed all the defiance of human rights by talibans. Their role in Afghanistan is atrocious and they have crossed all the limits. They have committed arson, burglary and murder. They kill the innocent pashtoon men and take away their women for raping them. 

If Human Rights Watch said that, it is a collection of anti-American leftists.  Their statement on this matter proves it.  The people coming out into the streets to celebrate after the fall of the Taliban proves it.  The men having their beards shaved after the fall of the Taliban proves it.  The little girls returning to school after the fall of the Taliban proves it. 

The claim of intentional murder of innocent pashtoon men lacks a single iota of evidence. Not one of the journalists from many nations in Afghanistan presented a photograph or a reliable witness to any such killings.  As to the charge of mass rape, or even a single instance of such activity, "Dr." Tariq is apparently unaware that the American media is not ideologically attracted to the present administration.  They would leap upon a single credible instance of such activity and trumpet it to the heavens.  There has been no such activity.

      # America has a criminal past in this regard and heads of its forces have been planning the terror raising attacks against their own country to gain sympathies of the public and to justify attacks on other countries. The details of this u will see in another of my conversations with Mr. Clum. So it was all about those two assumptions.

      Now as we have assumed that they were Muslims, the answer is that they may not go to heaven straightaway. 

That is true. They will go to Hollywood and Vine first, the campus of U.C. Berkely second and Hell third.

To understand this u have to get the knowledge of faith of Muslims about this affair. It is like this:

      1- A Muslim can go to heaven straightaway, their final day assessment will finish in as much time as he spends in offering one prayer here. Those who lay their lives in doing true Jihad are included in this group. It is said that they will not be questioned about any of their sins but only if they owe some money to someone. (Notice the spirit behind Islamic teachings, which, we have discussed in much detail in our letter no. 10. That is extreme emphasis on the relationship among humans running smoothly)

Centuries before Mohammed, the last words of the Greek philosopher, Socrates, were about the debt of a single cock (chicken) he owed.  If "Dr." Tariq is saying that the concept did not predate the prophet, he is an unlearned fool, for the evidence is in Plato's Republic..  If he is saying that a truth is not a truth until the prophet said it, he is a moron. (A fool by profession.)  Thus, his "letter no 10" is theological junk.

      2-Any one who has denied any of His prophets or His Books will go to Hell forever and straightaway. 

The most simple and brief moment of doubt is a form of denial.  No mortal man ever has or ever will live a life without a single such doubt.  Thus, the moronic "Dr." Tariq denies the heart of Islam, which is a "compassionate" Allah.  "Dr." Tariq, besides identifying himself as either an intellectual lightweight or a liar, in one sentence condemns all humanity to hell, including himself.  Most likely he is correct about himself.

So all those who do not believe in Muhammad SAW as a prophet will go to hell. 

Hogwash.  A man's destiny is what he is, not which representives of God he chooses to follow.  This kind of crap is reminiscent of the Spanish Inquisition.  The "there is only my path to God" theology is nothing but a power play for arrogant clerics. 

Although we have discussed true Jihad in our letter no. 10. But here we can repeat that the briefest definition of Jihad is to try to save these people from Hell.

"Making," is what "Dr." Tariq's friends did in Afghanistan.  It didn't work.  A superficial study of quantum physics will explain God quite well to anyone who is interested.  That area of science deals with the impossibility of describing the location and velocity of any specific subatomic particle.  There is, in other words, a natural mystery there.  There is an unpredictability at the personal level.  It's a kind of freedom. 

If you ask why God would allow pain and misery to exist on the Earth, ask next what is the value of forced love.  "Dr." Tariq, when he talks about "making" people understand, violates the most basic law of God -- the freedom to love or not, which is the price of love that is true.

Assuming that perpetrators of 9/11 were Muslims, they were not doing it for true Jihad. What could be their aim  will be discussed below.

      3- Muslim is the one who accepts all prophets and all books sent by Allah.

But still he will go to Hell first to be punished for his sins, if those sins overwhelm the good deeds he has performed in this world. Although we do not know that for how long exactly they will be kept in Hell. But it will certainly be a punishment to fear and will not be for a few days only as Jews used to say

"Dr." Tariq, in this passage, denies his earlier statements about the key to paradise being dependent on specific belief in the prophet and books he has for sale.

The case of the one whose evil deeds overweigh the good
deeds, will be like that of a bankrupt who gives away all his possessions to pay off his debts but still has some outstanding liabilities.

The outstanding liabilities of "Dr." Tariq are raped and murdered Catholic nuns in the Balkans, African girls sold by Sudanese Moslems to West African chiefs who use them as a "cure" for their AIDS, old women and children in Israeli cafes ripped to shreds, murdered Moslem women in Afghanistan soccer stadiums and three thousand Americans on September 11, 2001 -- to name a few.

      Now we have cleared all about the faith of Muslims regarding the topic. We feel it is easy to understand this faith as we ourselves judge people in this world almost on the same basis. We never expect people to be angels but on the same time do not tolerate devils.

armies, which have become invincible and now the air forces have made any conventional war out of question. See what happened in Afghanistan.

      In any case as I have promised u I will answer this q. to the end. Although Islam does not call, the fighting for a country as Jihad in the way of Allah, it does not absolutely shun it. It allows a person to defend his life and property and fighting for it.       After all this judgment I personally believe that these Muslims may well first go to hell. And after getting punished will certainly go to paradise as I have explained above. (Remember I am not passing a verdict but just saying what I understand from Islamic teachings. 

What you understand from Islamic teachings is not what is in Islamic teachings.  It is what you wish to understand from them.

Allah will not, may He forgive me, ask me to take any action. He is the Master and All-Sovereign).

Yes He is, "Dr." Tariq, and He has been sending you a message that you refuse to hear.  He will continue to send you the message until the last, because He is compassionate, and hopes that you will unbind your ears and save your own soul.

      I must clear in the end that most probably a similar policy of judgment will be in practice in deciding the issue of those who deny the prophet hood of Muhammad SAW. They all will certainly go to hell and will not enter paradise ever. But as many of them as Allah knows only may well be perished after different periods of time, which again only Allah knows better. Probably depending upon the amount of invitation that reached them and other opportunities they had to come on the right path.

Such opportunites surround you, "Dr." Tariq.  They are before you, today. The defeat of Afghanistan in weeks is a sign that could only be ignored by those whose God is themself.
